What's the full name of EC?
The full name is EC.

Then what does EC stand for/mean?
Like with most stories, you will find out eventually.

It must mean «insert guess», right?
No, there was one damn close guess after some fine ass deduction, but no, chances are you are wrong, so don't bother me with a guess.

The changing perspective are confusing, do something about it?
I can, but that's not how it's written. This was written in a time when readers actually having to think was common. There are hidden things all over the place for the attentive readers. If it gets to the point where a lot of people are confused as to who is who, I might make a note at the beginning of the chapter with "«insert person»'s Perspective". I feel that it will take away from the experience (ESPECIALLY in certain parts where the confusion is perfect.)

Where can I find the RAWs?
Good luck finding it, the places where it was posted don't even exist anymore. I've one of the few surviving hard copies :P There were a few TLed chapters released out of order on 4chan, but I don't think anyone paid any attention to them :3

Where can I find more information about the series?
Like the previous answer, good luck finding it. It is pretty obscure.

Can you release faster? What if more translators can come and help?
No, I'm the only one working on it. I do have all the rights to the english version (since I'm the one doing it :P). The original rights belong to 3 of us, the other two do not wish anyone aside from me touching the original copy. I can do whatever I wish with the english version, the stipulation was that I have to treat them to a meal if something comes out of this :P

How long is the series?
You let me worry about that, but I currently have up to volume 3 in my room at this moment. The rest will be found, don't worry. There is also a mini prequel, a sidestory and a 2nd generation, but those will need quite a lot of work on my end, I will get to it assuming we even get to the end of the original series (the original plan was 4 years, so you figure out how many chapters there are :P).

I have a question, where should I ask?
Make a comment in this section, ask on the re:monster main thread (the thread with 6 figure views), on the re:translation irc.

I think this series suck, go back to working on re:monster so I can get faster release.
